3. Orientations of inbound students and outbound students
4. Compliance with regulations of: - Rotary International - Department of State - Council on Standards for Educational Travel
5. Finances of Rotary Youth Exchange Program at the District level
6. Maintenance of all files required for regulatory compliance
7. Activities for inbound students
